Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@reiseso.com with your order number before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
